For my major project, I want to explore the complex issues of body shaming and its impact on individuals and society. I plan to conduct extensive research on the various forms of body shaming, including fat shaming, skinny shaming, and appearance shaming, and how they manifest in different people.

Additionally, I will examine the psychological and emotional effects of body shaming on those who have experienced it, including low self-esteem and body dysmorphia. I aim to highlight the importance of body positivity, self-love, acceptance, and to encourage society to celebrate diversity and respect individual differences.

To supplement my research, I plan to conduct interviews with individuals who have experienced body shaming firsthand. Through my project, I hope to raise awareness about the harmful effects of body shaming and contribute to a more inclusive and supportive society.
